When a verified booking or contact service is configured, the website must explain how to contact the practice, how requests are reviewed, when an appointment is actually confirmed, and how personal information is handled. An inquiry should not be described as a booking unless the practice has confirmed it through the real process.

5. Accuracy and availability

Credential text on the profile is based on supplied certificate photographs and includes visible verification caveats where the images are unclear. A certificate image is not a substitute for independent confirmation of current registration, appointment, or clinical status.
